Confirmation of Cancellation of Warrants
The directors of the Company confirm that, as announced on 24 April 2007, the
Xceldiam warrants, which are admitted to trading on AIM (the "Warrants"), were
exercisable at any time until 19 March 2008.
That date has now passed.
With effect from 7am this morning, therefore, the Warrants' admission to trading
on AIM has been cancelled.
