Cancellation of Leasecom Commitment
ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM: ACPM) today announces that it has concluded an
agreement to cancel its EUR15 million commitment to Leasecom Financial Assets SAS,
a subsidiary of Leasecom Group SAS. All proceeds from the commitment have now
been repaid by Leasecom.
ACPM will make a further announcement shortly regarding a distribution,
comprising all or part of this amount, in accordance with ACPM's policy of
promptly returning excess cash to shareholders.
