NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Cambrex Thursday named Steven Klosk president
and chief executive officer, effective May 14.
He was also named a director of the company.
Klosk was previously the company's chief operating officer and executive
vice president. He succeeds James Mack, who is stepping down. Mack will remain a
director until June 30.
Cambrex is separating the positions of board chairman and chief executive.
John Miller, the company's lead director, will assume the position of
nonexecutive chairman.
Shares of Cambrex closed Wednesday at $5.54. The stock is down about 55%
over the past 52 weeks.
