CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) announced a fourteen cent ($0.14) per share cash dividend with respect to the second quarter of 2017. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting held on June 21, 2017. The dividend will be payable on or about July 20, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2017.
