On June 5, 2014, Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTCPK:BCCI), announced that it had completed its audited financials which met PCAOB standards and that it had filed its first set of audited financials. The filing of the quarterly financials for the period ending March 31, 2014 which were labeled as AUDITED were derived from the revised numbers from the audit process but as they were quarterly filings and not an annual filing and were not properly labeled. Baristas expects to file its Form 10 Registration Statement including the full set of audited financials with the SEC within the next seven days.
