LONDON (Thomson Financial) - CLS Holdings Plc. said it has appointed Henry
Klotz as chief executive with immediate effect, replacing Per Sjoberg who has
resigned to return to Sweden.
Klotz is also the non-executive chairman of Swedish-listed Catena AB and
non-executive director of AIM-listed Bulgarian Land Development Plc. In both
companies, CLS has a 29 percent stake, the company said.
Sjoberg will continue as chairman of both Bulgarian Land Development and
remain on the board of Catena, CLS said.
Sten Mortstedt will continue as executive chairman of the group, the
investment property company said.
The company also said Anders Boos resigned as non-executive director.
