Hotz, as its senior vice president of Sales and Account Development. CHD Meridian Healthcare, the leader in integrated health and productivity management, also announced that it had assumed and will continue to service Continuum's client contracts with large municipal government organizations, health systems, utility companies and several manufacturers effective August 1.
As a result of the transaction, CHD Meridian Healthcare will provide customized employee health and wellness management services to Continuum's national client base. Continuum's comprehensive approach incorporates health risk assessment, personalized health coaching and overall program management. Continuum's 25 clinically seasoned health coaches, who are registered nurses or registered dieticians, have also joined CHD Meridian Healthcare's team.

Under his direction, AHG grew from a start-up to $25 million in 18 months and was the leading provider of occupational health services in the eastern United States. Before founding AHG, Mr. Hotz served as chief operating officer and vice president of Marketing and Sales for Occupational Health Resources (OHR), and held management positions with the CareSys Company, Price Waterhouse and American International Group (AIG).
Mr. Hotz earned his B.A. degree in economics from Ursinus College and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
