Ms. Hart-Henry will be based in the company's Chadds Ford office. Ms. Hart-Henry brings 18 years of marketing and communications experience to the position, including nearly 13 years in healthcare communications.
In her new role, Ms. Hart-Henry will oversee the development and implementation of all marketing and communications activities to support new business and increase awareness of the CHD Meridian healthcare model.

Prior to joining CHD Meridian Healthcare, Ms. Hart-Henry was vice president of Marketing Services for Wilmington Trust Company in Wilmington, DE, where she was responsible for the execution of all domestic and international marketing activities for the organization.
Before moving to Delaware, Ms. Hart-Henry spent nearly 13 years with Capital Blue Cross in Harrisburg, PA, serving in various marketing communications positions. While at Capital Blue Cross, she was responsible for developing communications targeted to consumer and business audiences, as well as health education programming, sponsorship management, community relations and philanthropy and employee communications.
A graduate of Penn State University, Ms. Hart-Henry also holds a master's degree in Organizational Management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She is an active volunteer with the YWCA of Delaware, serving on the steering committee of the YWCA's Leadership League, and Meals on Wheels Delaware.
