MIAMI (May 11, 2015) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK)
was notified on May 8, 2015 that on May 7, 2015 Richard Glasier, a member of
Carnival Corporation & plc's Boards of Directors, sold 4,000 shares of Carnival
Corporation common stock, with a nominal value of US$.01 per share, ("Shares")
on the New York Stock Exchange at an average price of US$44.59 per Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Glasier continues to hold 24,686 Shares.
