$100,000 to Habitat for Humanity International. Universal announced the gift
to commemorate the company's anniversary.

86 communities in which the company has operations, and will make an additional
donation to the Habitat for Humanity in Kent County, which serves the community

supplement the corporate donation with additional gifts of products and labor
that will more than double the value of the donation.
