Business update
The Board of Directors of Network Data notes that the Financial Services
Authority has today issued a notice varying the permissions of its mortgage
broking network subsidiary, Network Data Limited, such that it cannot conduct
new regulated business. Mortgage Broking Solutions Limited, the mortgage broking
network acquired from the Manchester Building Society in October 2008, and
separate subsidiary of the Group, continues to trade as normal.
