Yves Leterme will meet French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris on Monday to
discuss the Suez/Gaz de France merger and Distrigas, Belgian daily La Libre
Belgique reports without citing sources.

-Fortis down 0.01 euro or 0.06 percent at 17.30 euros

-Agfa-Gevaert up 0.13 euro or 2.80 percent at 4.77 euros

Outside the Bel 20
-Telenet down 0.02 euro or 0.13 percent at 15.79 euros. The cable company is
expected to post a rise in first-quarter net profit on Monday after the market
closes driven primarily by growth in its broadband activities.
KBC Securities analyst Nico Melsens sees first quarter net profit rising to
23.0 million euros from last year's 10.8 million, whereas Siddy Jobe at Degroof
forecasts a more modest increase to 14.3 million.
-Barco up 1.10 euros or 2.51 percent at 44.99 euros
-D'Ieteren up 3.92 euros or 1.99 percent at 201.35 euros
-Van de Velde up 0.28 euro or 0.91 percent at 31.00 euros. Shares in the
lingerie manufacturer were upgraded to 'buy' from 'accumulate' at KBC, which
also cut its target price to 38.00 euros from 42.00 on excellent value and
earnings resilience.
