A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the
Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 166,600 A Ordinary Shares of nominal value
EUR0.125 each, in the capital of Kerry Group plc, to be admitted to the Official
List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock
Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the
Irish Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. These shares
will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options
pursuant to the Kerry Group plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.
In addition, a listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and
to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 54,847 A Ordinary Shares of nominal
value EUR0.125 each issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Kerry
Group plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan to be admitted to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock
Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading.
