LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Bond International Software Plc. said it has
acquired the business and assets of the payroll companies Team Spirit Software
Ltd. and Headcount Services Ltd. for 1 million pounds in cash plus the
assumption of 0.8 million to 0.9 million pounds of liabilities.
The acquisition provides Bond with around 2 million pounds of recurring
revenue and an increased client base, the company said.
