Board Change
ADDleisure Plc, the AIM traded company formed to develop products and services
in the health and wellness sector, announces that Mike Mills, the Company's
Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect but will
remain a consultant to the Company. Andrew Brummer who has been Finance Director
designate and Financial Controller for the past 5 months, will assume his
position on the Board immediately.
ADDleisure Chief Executive David Turner said, "We would like to take this
opportunity to thank Mike for his invaluable contributions to the Company, in
particular his support and assistance in the hand over of his Finance Director
responsibilities to Andrew over the past 3 months whilst Mike has been working
part-time. I would also like to welcome Andrew to the Board and look forward to
working with him moving forward as he formally accepts his new position as
Finance Director."
Other than as disclosed below, there is no further information required to be
disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Andrew Jonathan Brummer, aged 37 is a Director of Broomfield Secretarial
Services Limited. This is his only other directorship and he has not been a
director of any other company within the last five years.
