BALTIC OIL TERMINALS PLC
("Baltic Oil Terminals" or the "Company")
Board Change
Baltic Oil Terminals announces that Roman Niewiadomski, Group Finance Director,
is leaving the Company with immediate effect. Mr Niewiadomski has informed the
Board that he intends to be permanently based in Warsaw.
The Board of Baltic Oil Terminals is in the process of identifying a suitable
replacement for Mr Niewiadomski. In the interim period, Richard Hiersche, who
was previously Group Financial Controller, will assume the role. Richard is
fully familiar with Baltic's business, speaks Russian and has experience of
working in Kaliningrad.
