Board Change
Imagelinx plc announces that Mr. Albert Klein will retire as Executive Chairman
and become Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 September
2009. Mr. Klein has asked to be relieved from his executive duties in order to
take up another full time appointment.
The Board thanks Mr. Klein for his important contribution to the development of
Imagelinx as an Executive Director since 1999. The Company is pleased that it
has secured his continued availability as a member of the Board.
