BOARD CHANGE
NetServices Plc (the 'Company') (AIM:NSV), the specialist provider of converged
business communications, announces the resignation as a director of Paul Foley
with effect from 30 April 2009. Paul is leaving to join a leading mobile network
operator. In the meantime, Mark Vickers, CEO, will be taking on Paul's duties
and in due course a suitably qualified individual will be appointed. The Board
would like to wish Paul well in the future and thank him for his contribution to
the business.
The Company expects to announce interim results for the 6 months ended 28
February 2009 on 12 May 2009, at which point it will provide an update on
trading and outlook.
