BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - BigBand Networks Inc. said Wednesday it named
Maurice Castonguay as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Castonguay currently serves as chair of the audit committee on the board of
Cedar Point Communications Inc. and has spent more than 11 years serving as
finance chief of several high-tech companies, including Xylogics Inc. and
Stratus Computer Inc.
Shares of BigBand, a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of network-based
platforms, closed Tuesday at $5.98.
