VANCOUVER, April 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Bear Creek Mining Corporation (BVL: BCM) ("Bear Creek" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark") to expand the Company's investor relations activities. In consideration of the services to be provided by Renmark to the Company, effective May 1, 2012, Bear Creek will pay Renmark a monthly retainer of $6,000, for a period of one year. Renmark does not presently have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or any of its securities, or any right or intent to acquire any such interest.
