LONDON (AFX) - Financial services provider Baydonhill PLC said it has
appointed Wayne Mitchell as chief executive, following the resignation of
Richard Collier with immediate effect.
Baydonhill, which changed its name from 4Less in October, said Mitchell was
previously with Ruesch Group.
In November last year, the company said it had swung to a September half
pretax loss of 159,000 stg, against a profit of 2,000 a year earlier.
It said, at that time, restructuring during 2007 would limit profits .
