LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Baobab Resources Plc. said it has named Jack
Penkin as its chief financial officer, while director Brett Townsend will be
interim managing director. Townsend replaces Ian Cullen who resigned from the
board with immediate effect.
The Mozambique-focused iron ore, base and precious metals exploration
company also said it has named Ben James as an executive director with effect
from Monday.
