PARIS -(Dow Jones)- La Banque Postale's chief executive Tuesday said it is "out of the question" for the French bank to allow other companies to take a stake in its capital.
Responding to a question about allegations from French union Sud PTT suggesting that Societe Generale SA (GLE.FR) holds 15% of La Banque Postale's capital, Patrick Werner said the only stake SocGen has is in the two banks' consumer credit joint venture.
SocGen holds 35% of the venture, called La Banque Postale Financement.
