Insurance Services, Inc. has announced the expansion of its
executive team. Led by President and Chief Executive Officer
Markham McKnight, BXSI's executive
team also consists of Chief Financial Officer Beverly Choppin, recently named Chief Operating
Officer Scott Naugle, President of
Property & Casualty Chris Boone,
President of Employee Benefits Kerry
Drake, Chief Sales Officer Mike
Halter and Chief Organization Performance Officer
Julia Kramer.
According to McKnight, BXSI's new organizational structure will
streamline procedures and communication across the entire corporate
footprint. "To continue properly serving our clients and future
clients, it is important that we have the mechanisms in place to do
so," McKnight said. "As comprised, our executive team will lead in
ensuring our regions are unified and presenting the services we
offer and the expertise we possess uniformly." McKnight added that
the new structure will fully leverage the expertise of executive
team members.
Boone served previously as Executive Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer for BXSI. Drake, previously an Executive Vice
President and President of the Louisiana region, will unify and develop
BXSI's significant employee benefits practice. Halter, previously
an Executive Vice President and Sales Manager for BXSI's
Arkansas region, will collaborate
with Boone and Drake to drive sales, improve sales resources and
enhance producer success. Kramer, as Chief Organization Performance
Officer, will lead organizational programs and strategic
initiatives to promote and enhance BXSI's development and continued
expansion.
