LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Banco Santander SA said second vice chairman
and chief executive Alfredo Saenz Abad has bought 37,324 shares in the company
on Feb 26 at 11.80 euros per share, lifting his stake to around 1.65 mln shares,
or 0.026 pct.
Separately, the company said third vice chairman and executive director
Matias Rodriguez Inciarte raised his stake in the company to 641,112 shares, or
0.01 pct, after buying 20,195 shares at the same price.
