RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING The Board of Langley & Johnson Group PLC (formerly A H Ball Group PLC)
announces that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 28
October, the resolutions put to shareholders concerning the disposal of the
Construction Division and the change of name of the company were passed. The
disposal was completed yesterday.
