Change in Directorate

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Carolan Dobson as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2016.   Ms Dobson will also serve as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nomination and Management Engagement Committee.

Ms Dobson is the former head of UK equities at Abbey Asset Managers and head of investment trusts at Murray Johnstone and therefore brings a wealth of industry experience to the Board.

Ms Dobson holds the following directorships of publicly quoted companies in the last five years:

Non-Executive Chairman JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc
Non-Executive Chairman Aberdeen Smaller Companies High Income Trust plc   
Non-Executive Director Brunner Investment Trust plc
Non-Executive Director Schroder UK Growth plc

Ms Dobson has not held any other directorships of publicly quoted companies in the last five years.

Ms Dobson does not have any interest in the ordinary shares of the Company at the present time.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Ms Dobson.
