Partial Capital Return
Further to the announcement made on 1
July 2015 regarding the results of the Company’s partial
capital return, the Company announces that the following number of
shares of the Company have been redeemed and cancelled
today.

Redemption proceeds are anticipated to be dispatched to
shareholders who have participated in the partial capital return
during the week commencing 6 July
2015.
Following redemption and cancellation of the relevant shares,

US Dollar Treasury Shares;

Shares; and

The number of votes each share in the Company is entitled to on
a poll at any general meeting of the Company was published by the
Company on 23 May 2008 and will not
change as a result of the redemptions and cancellations.

number of voting rights in the Company in respect of Ordinary
shares in issue (rounded down to the whole number) is 59,778,726
and the total number of voting rights in respect of shares held by
