                      Euro Shares Cancellation of Listing

                               28 November 2014

BH Global Limited (the "Company") announces that it has applied to the UK
Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for the listing of the Company's
Euro class of shares to be cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 28 November
2014. As from 22 August 2014, the Company's Euro shares were either converted
or redeemed in accordance with the class closure process commenced earlier this
year and no Euro shares remain in issue.
