LONDON (Thomson Financial) - BG Group Plc. said Australia's Origin Energy
Ltd. has not yet considered the company's takeover bid proposal at $14.70 a
share in cash.
The UK natural gas producer said it will hold discussions with Origin and
announce the outcome at the earliest.
