LONDON (Thomson Financial) - BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. said its
chief financial officer, Ofer Bar-Ner, has sold his entire holding of 158,600
ordinary shares in the company at 39.5 pence each.
Bar-Ner continues to hold options over 1.66 million shares, of which 1.33
million have vested and 330,000 have not yet vested.
