Executive Officer Shareholdings - Amendment


The Company announces that on June 17, 2014 it filed an RNS release reporting,
among other transactions, a disposition of 400,000 common shares by Abdel F.
(Abby) Badwi, Vice-Chair, on June 16, 2014 for total proceeds of
Cdn.$2,868,000.  The balance of shares held by Mr. Badwi was incorrectly stated
as 650,619 common shares and it should have stated 1,050,619.
