Block Listing Application

March 10, 2013



CALGARY, March 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers" or the
"Company") (TSX: BNK) (AIM: BNK) provides notification that a block listing
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to
trading on AIM of 25,737,660 common shares each in the Company (the "Block
Listing Shares").  The 25,737,660 Block Listing Shares represent approximately
10% of the current issued share capital of the Company.



The Block Listing Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Bankers Stock Option Plan and the exercise of
warrants.  Of these Block Listing Shares, 1,718,781 have been issued and
allotted and therefore 24,018,879 Block Listing Shares remain under this block
listing entitlement.



The Block Listing Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing common shares of the Company.  It
is expected that admission will become effective on 13 March 2014.
