LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Defence group BAE Systems Plc. said the
proposed sale of its United States-based flight systems business has been
terminated because the proposed buyer is unable to complete the transaction.
On March 5, BAE Systems said it had agreed to sell its flight systems
business to Calspan Corp. for an initial $62.5 million in cash plus additional
consideration.
