AWARD OF OPTIONS
Zytronic plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 February 2009 it agreed to
award options over 36,500 ordinary shares in the Company to senior and middle
management. These options are being granted at an exercise price of 106p per
share (the closing price as at 19 February 2009). All of the grantees are
employees and none of the individuals is a director of the Company.
