Community's Developer Now Takes Role as Lead Homebuilder to Maintain Their Detailed Vision for the Unique Riverfront Project
FREDERICKSBURG, Va., March 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hazel Land Companies, Inc., announced today that their Hazel Homes division will, moving forward, be the exclusive homebuilder in the Hopyard Farm community in King George County, VA. Since Hopyard Farm opened for sales, Hazel Homes has worked in conjunction with another homebuilder in the community; parent company Hazel Land is the developer of Hopyard Farm. For the time being, Hazel Homes will provide all homebuilding services in the development, through their extensive collection of home designs. Hopyard Farm is a country club style community along the Rappahannock River, just a few miles outside of Fredericksburg.
