(NYSE:AVT), a leading global technology distributor, today announced that MaryAnn Miller, senior vice president, chief human resources officer and corporate communications, was named among the National Diversity Council’s 2015 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. The National Diversity Council’s list features the highest-ranking female executive leadership in America’s corporations. This is the second consecutive year Miller has received this prestigious recognition.

The National Diversity Council, a non-profit organization, committed to fostering a learning environment for organizations to grow in their knowledge of diversity and inclusion, issues a list of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology every year. The list comprises leaders who directly contribute to the business growth or strategic direction of their organizations while operating with the highest integrity and ethical behavior. These women are role models and active mentors to the next generation of female professionals in their industries.
