AVESCO GROUP plc ("Avesco" or the "Company")

Notification of interest

Following the completion of the share buy-back and reduction in Avesco's total voting rights as announced on 6 February 2014, the Company has been notified of the following holdings in the Company.

Gerald Oury's shareholding remains unchanged at 825,000 ordinary shares. Mr Oury's total beneficial holding now represents approximately 4.4 per cent of Avesco's total voting rights.

Ian Martin's shareholding also remains unchanged at 602,000 ordinary shares, of which 432,000 are beneficially owned by his wife. Mr Martin's total beneficial holding now represents approximately 3.2 per cent of Avesco's total voting rights.
