Results of Annual General Meeting and Director Change

Avarae (AIM: AVR.L), the UK's only publicly traded specialist company dedicated to purchasing, holding and selling rare and high quality coins, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed by Shareholders.

The Company was also informed today by Mr Guus Berting, non-executive director of the Company, that he wishes to step down from the board of Avarae with immediate effect to pursue his other business interests. The board of Avarae would like to express their thanks to Guus for his service over the last 7 years and wish him well for the future.
