Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and AGM Notice

Avacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), the global provider of proprietary diagnostic tools, consumables and reagents for human and animal healthcare, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2014, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 19 December 2014.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on 23 January 2015 at 2.00pm at the offices of Walker Morris, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL.
