Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) as at the close of business on 15 April 2015 was as follows:

  current financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 182.29p 
 
 GBP18.456 million, representing a NAV (excluding 
  current financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 177.51p

Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid price basis in the above calculations. No adjustment for dilution to the above NAV has been made in respect of any shares held in treasury.
