Press speculation

Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) ("ACE"), the environmental technology group notes recent press speculation and confirms that it is considering a placing of approximately GBP1.5 million at a substantial discount to the current market price. Amongst other things, the Company intends for the proceeds of the placing to fund its working capital requirements in its overseas expansion in Taiwan and Dubai and to increase the production capacity in China.
