BURLINGTON, Mass., November 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
Attunity Ltd. (NASDAQ: ATTU), a leading provider of big data
management software solutions, announced today the extension of its
OEM distribution agreement with Microsoft Corp.
Microsoft, which had originally engaged Attunity in 2010, has
exercised its right to extend the OEM distribution agreement
through 2016. With this OEM partnership, Microsoft customers can
seamlessly use Attunity's change data capture (CDC) technology to
enable efficient movement of data from Oracle databases. This
capability addresses the high demand for making data available for
business intelligence and data warehousing, as well as for
capitalizing on the cost efficiencies of managing data.
"The extension of our OEM agreement demonstrates the value that
our software provides to Microsoft customers, and the long-standing
trust and collaboration between the companies," stated
Shimon Alon, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer at Attunity. "Microsoft is a
strategic alliance, and we continue to focus on extending and
expanding our relationship."
