Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ARP) today declared its monthly distribution
for the month of June 2015 of $0.1083 per common unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annual basis. The
June 2015 distribution is
payable Friday, August 14, 2015 to holders of record as
of Friday, August 7, 2015.
The Board of Directors of Atlas Energy Group, LLC (NYSE: ATLS),
has decided to consider payment of ATLS' initial cash distribution
in early 2016.
Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ARP) is an
