Full Distribution from the 30 September 2016 Redemption Pool

The Board of Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited announces that it has approved full payments (“full distributions”) as follows:

The equivalent to 165.64 pence per share (US 203.74 cents), in respect of those ordinary shares which were validly accepted for Basic Entitlement redemption at the Redemption Point, 30 September 2016.

The equivalent to 156.95 pence per share (US 193.05 cents), in respect of those ordinary shares which were validly accepted for Excess Entitlement redemption at the Redemption Point, 30 September 2016.

The Company expects to payments to be made on 27 October 2016.
