At a board meeting held on 20(th) August 2014 it was unanimously agreed;

-- To elect Dr. Manny Pohl as a full Director of the Company until the date of the next Annual General Meeting.

-- To elect Dr. Manny Pohl as Vice Chairman of the Company until the date of the next Annual General Meeting.

-- That Jonathan Addison was to retire as a full Director and agreed his appointment as Alternate Director until the date of the next Annual General Meeting.

   --   To elect Dr. Manny Pohl as Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committee.
