LONDON--AstraZeneca PLC (AZN.LN) said Monday that it bought for cancellation 292,000 ordinary shares of AstraZeneca PLC at 2,998 pence per share.
-Shares closed Friday at 3,000 pence valuing the company at GBP37.49 billion.
