Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that the following named PDMRs made the
following transfers of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to their respective spouses for nil
consideration. Following the transfers, the total beneficial
interest of each PDMR and his connected persons in the Ordinary
Shares remains unchanged.
