Publication of Shareholder Circular

Further to the announcement on 1 October 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that a circular has today been posted to Shareholders. The circular includes a notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Board Room, 26th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 20 October 2015, at 11.00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) (4.00 a.m.) (London time).

Copies of the circular will be available to the public, free of charge, at the Company's principal place of business at 25th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) for one month from the date of the circular. The circular will also be available on the Company's website, www.asiangrowth.com.
