Asian Citrus was notified on 17 July 2015 that IGM Financial Inc. sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2015 at an average price of HK$1.721 (equivalent to approximately 14.24 pence) per share.

Following the above transaction, IGM Financial Inc. now holds 61,202,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.898% of the Company's issued share capital.
